Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all purchases to all locations within Malaysia, including both Sabah & Sarawak.

We are also pleased to offer Free International Shipping for purchases above RM350 to Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei!

For all other international purchases, we offer a flat shipping fee of RM100.

Postage is made via Express Mail Services. Please click here to determine your local EMS postal operator. If you would like to receive your purchases within 2-4 working days or if you prefer, we also offer shipping by Fedex and you can contact us for a custom quote.

We do our best to ensure that purchases made by 12pm GMT+8, Monday through Friday are processed on the same day and shipped within the next business day. Do note that shipping and arrival time may be affected by observed holiday or carrier peak periods.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Estimated shipping time:

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise gift card.

How Are International Taxes And Duties Handled?

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. The Recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and paperwork in the destination country. Kindly contact the relevant authorities in the destination country for further information.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to love your purchases! However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will refund you the amount of your purchase or you could choose to receive a gift card for the same amount from Heiida instead. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and returned to us within 15 days of your request. Email us hello@heiida.com with the Return Form (printout here) in order for us to process your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.
Items must not be used, washed, soiled and/or damaged in any way.
In the event the return does not meet the set standards, we reserve the right to reject the return.
A Return Form (printout here) must accompany each product at the time of return.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

With payments made through PayPal, the return shipping refund will be via PayPal. For more information, visit their website here

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel, as we will not credit goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

A Return Form (printout here) must accompany each product at the time of return. Any orders that are received after the time period stated above will not be accepted and items will be returned to you at your cost. Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns on any sale items or items purchased from our affiliates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Heiida Performance PLT will not be liable for packages that get lost in transit. We encourage you to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

I Did Not Purchase Product at heiida.com, May I Return Through The Website?

We only accept returns on products bought from our online web store or through our official events. A refund or exchange will be given as long as they are within the return policy conditions. Any item purchased at a retail store must be returned through that location and according to that store’s return policy.
