ORDERING AND PAYING

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we are happy to exchange it or issue store credit into your account, whichever you prefer.

Order status

You can check your order status anytime in two easy ways:

  1. View the status of a single order by entering your order number on the order information page; or
  2. Sign in to your account and review the complete order history of all your Heiida orders. Don’t have an account? Register now.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Heiida is happy to assist you with returns to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, we are not able to change or cancel your order after it has been submitted. For more info on returns visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Printing & online errors

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information in print and online, errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to make corrections.

Payment Methods 

At the moment, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paypal Express and direct debit into our bank account. If you opt for direct debit, please email us the bank transfer slip for verification purposes before we can process your order.

In the meantime, we are currently in the process of expanding our payment options so please do bear with us. 

What Currencies Can I Pay In?

Your payment will be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). However depending on where you are browsing from, your browser will show you an estimate of the price in your local currency. Unfortunately, the price shown is just an estimate and may vary slightly as we have no control over what you bank/credit card rates are.

Delivery Time

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from the time you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11am, we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

 

SHIPPING

Hurrah! We offer FREE SHIPPING for all apparel above RM200 to all locations within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. We also offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei  for purchases above RM300. 

For all other international orders, we offer International Priority Shipping Service for the low amount of RM140! For more details about shipping & returns, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping a Heiida order internationally is very easy. Simply enter the international destination for your order while checking out. After your address of choice is entered, your shipping rate will be adjusted. We also offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for purchases above certain amounts.

What are the benefits of creating an account with Heiida.com? 

Registering for an account allows you to store your purchasing history and personal information, which will improve your checkout process during your next visit. You'll also be able to choose if you'd like to be notified or special events and the latest happenings at Heiida.

You can check out on heiida.com with a registered account or as a guest. When you check out with a registered account, it will be more convenient to track and manage all of your orders on heiida.com.
